Â
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship designed to support the Client’s personal, professional, and spiritual growth. It is not therapy, counseling, mentoring, advice, or medical treatment. This program is designed for emotionally and psychologically well individuals who are ready and willing to make meaningful change. It integrates Catholic faith, identity in Christ, inner healing and freedom, and neuroscience-informed tools. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If the Client is experiencing a mental health crisis, substance use disorder requiring medical supervision, or any other medical or psychological concern, the Coach will refer the Client to an appropriate licensed professional.
Progress and results are unique to each individual. The Client’s commitment and follow-through are the primary drivers of outcome.

The program includes a set number of scheduled Zoom sessions as agreed upon at enrollment.
Sessions are scheduled through the Coach's scheduling portal.
Session conduct:
- Â The Client is responsible for joining Zoom at the appointed time. If the Client is more than
15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited. - Session cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ advance notice via the
scheduling portal. - The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in extraordinary
circumstances and will provide as much advance notice as possible.
Between-session support:
Between-session support is provided via Voxer (a voice and text messaging app) for the duration of the 12-month program. The Client may use Voxer to share questions, reflections, prayer requests, struggles, or progress updates. The Coach will respond during regular business hours. This support is included in the program fee and is not billable separately.

The Coach uses AI-assisted notetaking technology to capture and generate detailed notes following each coaching session. These notes are used solely to support the coaching relationship — to track progress, honor what was discussed, and prepare for future sessions.
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and consents to the following:
- AI notetaking tools may be active during or immediately following sessions to generate
session summaries and notes. - Session notes are stored securely and treated as confidential coaching records.
- Notes are not shared with third parties except as described in the Confidentiality section of this Agreement.
- The Client may request a copy of their session notes at any time.
If the Client does not consent to AI-assisted notetaking, they must notify the Coach in writing
prior to the first session so alternative arrangements can be made.

The Client is an active participant in this coaching relationship, not a passive recipient. Real transformation requires the Client’s honest engagement, willingness to do the work between sessions, and openness to what God may be inviting them into.
Between-session work may include:
• Completing agreed-upon reflection exercises or action steps
• Journaling, prayer, Lectio Divina, or Scripture meditation
• Time in Eucharistic Adoration
• Engaging with program materials in the Sacred Sobriety Lab
The Coach will ask powerful questions, offer tools and frameworks, and provide support—but does not have all the answers. The Client is ultimately responsible for their own choices and results.
